What this test is about

What's free, and what's deeper
Free: Your loneliness level, what it means, and the first two sections of your report — the level reading and the typical evidence behind it.
Go deeper: The Deep Dive ($2.99) unlocks your patterns in depth, the quiet costs of your current setting, and a practical reset plan with small, specific moves — not 'just go out more'.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know what my loneliness level is?
Answer the 12 questions as your life actually is this month — not your best month, not your ideal. The scoring is simple: each answer adds 0–3 points, and the total lands on a 1–10 scale, from The Social Sun to The Final Boss of Alone. Most people land in the middle levels; the interesting part is the written reading, which describes the specific shape of your level, not just the number.
Is a high loneliness level a bad result?
No. The scale measures how solo your life currently runs, not how worthy or happy you are. High levels include people who chose the quiet on purpose and love it (the Happy Hermit is Level 7), and lower levels include people surrounded by company who still feel unseen. The report treats every level without judgement and only calls something a cost when your own answers suggest it feels like one.
Is this test a diagnosis of loneliness or depression?
No. It's an entertainment and self-reflection quiz about social habits — it doesn't measure mental health and can't diagnose anything. If you've been feeling persistently low or isolated in a way that hurts, please talk to a doctor or a qualified counsellor; they'll help in ways a quiz can't.
