What this test is about
Answer 12 questions about your daytime thought loops: the risky text, the meeting replay, the 👍 that might mean war. Each answer scores 0–3 points; your total maps to an overthinker level from 1 to 10. It reads thinking style only — it is not a diagnosis and gives no medical advice.
What's free, and what's deeper
Free: Your Overthinker level and the first two sections of your report — the level reading and the evidence from your own answers.
Go deeper: The Deep Dive ($2.99) unlocks your thought-loop pattern in depth, the quiet cost of running a full-time analysis department, and practical closing-time rules for your level — how to let a thought clock out without suppressing it.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the Late-Night Emo test?
Different shift, different subject. Late-Night Emo reads your mood after dark — the 2 a.m. feelings. The Overthinker Level reads your daytime processing style: rehearsing conversations, replaying meetings, decoding a thumbs-up emoji at lunch. Plenty of people are clear-sky at night and full-time overthinkers by day, or the reverse.
Is overthinking a medical condition?
Not in this test. This is an entertainment quiz about thinking style — no diagnosis, no treatment advice, nothing clinical. Some levels are genuinely enviable (the Clear-Sky Mind pays no rent on old conversations), and even the Full-Time Overthinker's report is a style reading with everyday suggestions, not a prescription.
Can my level change?
Yes — it's a snapshot of your current season. A new job, a new relationship, or one high-stakes month can move anyone up a level or two; quieter seasons move you back down. Retaking it later and comparing results is half the fun, and the report reads the level you got today, not a life sentence.
Takes 2 min. Your result is free.
