What this test is about
Answer 12 questions about the moments saying no gets hard: the favour on your day off, the wrong restaurant order, the apology count. Each answer scores 0–3 points; your total maps to a people-pleaser level from 1 to 10. It reads style and habits only — it is not a diagnosis and gives no medical advice.
What's free, and what's deeper
Free: Your People-Pleaser level and the first two sections of your report — the index reading and the evidence from your own answers.
Go deeper: The Deep Dive ($2.99) unlocks the mechanics of your yes, what it quietly costs you, and word-for-word scripts for the refusals your level finds hardest — kind, short, and final, no three-page justification attached.

Frequently asked questions
What does this test actually measure?
The style of your yes and no: how automatically you agree, how much you apologise, how long disappointing someone stays with you. It's an entertainment quiz about everyday habits — the twelve questions are ordinary situations (moving day, group decisions, a colleague's dumped task), and your pattern across them sets your level.
Is people-pleasing a disorder?
No, and this test doesn't treat it as one. There's no diagnosis here and no treatment advice — just a style reading, like being a cat person or an early bird. The deep report's suggestions are everyday communication moves: shorter sentences, a pause before answering, one honest “that doesn't work for me” at a time.
I scored high. Is that bad?
High levels run the world's friendships, families and group chats — the Peacekeeper and the Everyone-First are why plans survive. The report reads your level for what it's good at first; the deep version then looks honestly at the cost side (the exhaustion, the invisible weeks) and offers scripts for keeping the kindness while spending less of yourself.
